Never Said Good Bye

Kyle Patrick Lowe left this world Oct. 1st, 2007 when involved in a motorcycle accident.

During his 24 years he made a lasting impression on those who knew him. The relationship he held with his father was one to be copied ~ full of love, respect and obedience.

There were too many friends to count. It was his nature to help anyone in need, acquaintance or stranger.

He loved children, taking on a big brother role to his toddler cousin that had lost his parents.

Kyle worked hard, following the path of his dad. He played hard, as 24 year olds will do.

His heart was as big as his smile. We would all do well to make such a mark while we are here.

Kyle made a difference. He is sadly missed and very much loved by family and friends.

To make something positive out of this tragedy, Kyle's father decided to raise money for children's charities.

Thus was born the Kyle Patrick Lowe Annual Memorial Run. In 2008 it raised over $25000 for The Illinois Elks for Crippled Children, Easter Seals, Youth Service Bureau, The Family Room through Ottawa Hospital, as well as others.

In this way, Kyle continues to give while friends gather to celebrate his life.
